посомтрева пару интересующих тебя мопедов примерно получаешь представление что почем
и устанавливаешь для себя некую планку за которую ты хочешь преобрести определенный мопед
ну а дальше уже присмариваешь конкретный и торгуешься
после покупки платишь аукционный сбор (на каждом аукционе свой), вознаграждение дилеру, еще всякие мелочи оплачиваешь по оформлению, доставку по штатам, потом доставку морем до прибалтики и потом доставку до минска. в минске оплачиваешь растаможку при получении. вот и все

Т.е. торги по мопеду должен буду вести я сам? Как осуществляется оплата (за сам мопед в штатах + сборы) + оплата за доставку?

ну если у тебя есть оплаченный доступ (логин) на аукцион, то можешь и сам
опдата осуществляется банковским переводом
тоже можешь делать все сам в принципе а можешь поручить весь этот геморой посреднику за вознаграждение
